1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling at Elite Beauty Spa (hereinafter referred to as "the College," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with enrollment.

These terms apply to all students, prospective students, and visitors of Elite Beauty Spa. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Enrollment and Admission

2.1 Eligibility

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Applicants must have a valid form of identification.
• Some courses may have specific prerequisites.
• All applicants must complete the enrollment form accurately and truthfully.

2.2 Enrollment Process

• Enrollment is completed online through our website or in person.
• A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure your place.
• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment and completion of registration.
• The College reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

2.3 Enrollment Confirmation

• Students will receive a confirmation email upon successful enrollment.
• A student number and login credentials will be provided.
• Students must keep their login credentials confidential.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1 Tuition Fees

• Tuition fees are set per course and are subject to change with prior notice.
• Fees must be paid in full before the course start date unless a payment plan is agreed upon.
• Payment plans must be approved by the finance department.
• Late payments may incur penalties.

3.2 Payment Methods

• Payments can be made via M-Pesa, Bank Transfer, Cash, or Paystack.
• All payments must be in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
• Receipts will be provided for all payments.

3.3 Outstanding Balances

• Students with outstanding balances may be denied access to classes.
• Certificates will not be issued until all fees are paid in full.
• Outstanding balances may be referred to a collection agency.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Registration Fee

• The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.2 Tuition Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrollment.
• Refunds are subject to a 10% administrative fee.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.
• No refunds will be issued after the course has started.

4.3 Cancellation Policy

• The College reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment.
• In case of cancellation, students will receive a full refund of tuition fees paid.
• The College is not responsible for any other costs incurred by the student.

5. Code of Conduct

• All students must behave professionally and respectfully toward staff and other students.
• Harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Students must comply with all College rules and regulations.
• Students must not use College facilities for unlawful activities.
• Any damage to College property will be the student's responsibility.
• Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

6. Attendance and Punctuality

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and sessions.
• Punctuality is required; lateness may result in being denied entry to the class.
• Students must inform the College in advance of any anticipated absence.
• A minimum attendance of 80% is required to be eligible for certification.
• Excessive absenteeism may result in dismissal from the program.

7. Academic Requirements

• Students must complete all required coursework and assignments.
• A passing grade is required to progress to the next level or graduate.
• Cheating or plagiarism will result in immediate dismissal.
• Students must maintain a minimum GPA as required by their course.
• Academic dishonesty is grounds for immediate dismissal without refund.

8. Certificate and Graduation

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course.
• Students must meet all financial and academic requirements to graduate.
• Certificates are awarded at the graduation ceremony or can be collected from the College.
• Lost certificates may be replaced at a cost.
• Certificates are the property of the College and can be revoked under certain conditions.

9. Health and Safety

• The College is committed to providing a safe environment for all students and staff.
• Students must comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Students must report any hazards or accidents immediately.
• Students must follow hygiene protocols, especially when using salon equipment.
• The College reserves the right to request medical documentation for any health conditions.

10. Privacy Policy

• We collect personal information for the purpose of enrollment and communication.
• Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
• You have the right to access and correct your personal information.
• We use cookies to enhance your experience on our website.
• By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.

11. Liability

• The College is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
• Students are responsible for their own insurance coverage.
• The College is not liable for any injury that occurs as a result of negligence on the part of the student.
• Students accept full responsibility for their actions while on College premises.
• Students must sign a waiver of liability as part of the enrollment process.

12. Changes to Terms

The College reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Students will be notified of any material changes via email. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.
